We primarily collect personal data directly from you. If you represent our contracting partner, we may also obtain your data from our contracting partner.

We do not disclose personal data to third parties without your consent. However, we may disclose personal data to authorities if required by law.
We have outsourced the processing of personal data to IT system providers, communication service providers, and website administrators.
Do we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA?
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).
How long do we retain your personal data?
We retain personal data as long as necessary for the purposes of processing or for complying with statutory obligations. We regularly assess the necessity of retention and delete data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.

How do we ensure data security in processing personal data?
We store personal data in systems protected by firewalls, passwords, and other generally accepted technical and organizational measures in the industry.
Manually maintained materials are kept in premises with restricted access.
Only individuals who need to process personal data in the performance of their duties have access to such data.
